Called for help with a window issue. Waited three days and no call back. I called again. Ed calls me back and says they can't help. He never talked to me. He never looked at my issue. Nothing. For the record, I need 5 windows, a sliding glass door, and. 4x4 patch of roof. If you look on Yelp I posted a picture of the voicemail transcription. Read it for yourself.
I have used Bail 3 times and never been treated like this. In the past Bail has done 7 WINDOWS, a ROOF saddle, and concrete deck. Keep that in mind when you read their response. Buyer beware.
