Bath Fitter - Jonesboro, AR

We scheduled a delivery, they said it would be done two days, the first day the plumbing work, the second the redone bathroom. That's exactly what happened. The shower stall (corner shower) came out looking brand new, rock solid, aka you hit the wall with your fist, and no flexing, no cheap plastic feel, no leaks, stains, everything is just like in the brochure. The review is written some 3 months since installation just to make sure no problems cropped up.

Don't give these people money. They keep your money. I had them give me an estimate for a shower install and a deposit of $1135. Three business days later I canceled. First thing they said was we're keeping your money. After numerous calls that day the last call they said was we're keeping $275.00 of your money. They never sent me any of my money back. BEWARE! DON'T CALL THEM TO DO BUSINESS.

5 years ago I moved into an older house, the bathtub and tile walls were yellow. instead of taking it all out we decided to cover them with a liner, we bought a more expensive liner and walls and they look great and they finished it very fast and very good work.

I hired Bath Fitter to change my bathtub into a walk in shower. The estimator was very professional. The installer's workmanship was excellent even to the smallest detail. He was very clean and respectful to my home. I researched Bath Fitter very thoroughly before hiring them. I am definitely going to use this company again for my second bathroom after the holidays. I have no problem with referring them to my family or friends. A great product and a great staff.
