We've used BLC Remodeling for 3 different projects, the most recent of which was a remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Bogdan and crew are extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, professional, experienced and they go above and beyond to ensure that every last detail is perfect and that their customers are satisfied. We could not have been happier with the outcome of our project which included extensive tile work on the kitchen backsplash and on both bathrooms' floors and walls, kitchen cabinet refinishing from stained wood to white painted (which made the cabinets look brand new), installation of new vanities, tub, shower and all other bathroom fixtures as well as some additional exterior work including replacing siding and trim.
They walked us through every step in the process, offered great recommendations, and ensured we were involved in all decisions. They're polite, respectful, passionate about their work, and just a nice, fun group to be around. We'd recommend BLC Remodeling for any remodel needs. Our neighbors recommended BLC Remodeling so we knew we would be getting quality workmanship. Bogdan and his team surpassed all expectations. They were professional and caring and answered all our questions. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. Our bathroom was transformed into exactly what we had wished for. The tile work is perfect. The new shower and tub are beautiful.
Their work was impeccable and they finished on time. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and went over and above in every aspect of the entire project. I would highly recommend BLC Remodeling for any remodeling project.

We had a great experience working with John and Ben on our bathroom remodeling! They were very accommodating, listened to our concerns and got the work done on time. The quality of the work done was great! They are responsive and quick to return calls/messages. They work with you to figure out how to resolve any issues that come up throughout the project and we really appreciated them helping walk us through some critical decisions. We found a small issue after the renovation was complete and they promptly came to look into it and fix it!

High-quality, trustworthy, passionate, and hard-working is how I'd describe Bogdan and his crew. I initially received a few quotes for our master bathroom remodel and BLC Remodeling was right in the middle. I decided to go with Bogdan for his passion and energy. You should feel confident that they'll stay within budget and won't attempt to bill you for any small things that come up.
As for our bathroom, they came in under budget and finished much earlier than expected. Overall, my entire experience with BLC Remodeling exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended them to three other family members and are planning on our next project with them.

BLC Remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our master bathroom and updating other two bathrooms. Ben, the co-owner, responded promptly with our request for a bid with a detailed and competitive quote. Ben is very thorough and knowledgeable- he gave great suggestions and came up with creative solutions to accommodate all our requests. His meticulous preparation and attention to detail are obvious in final work. Ben and his team went out of their way to minimize disruptions for our family and the project was completed right on schedule. They exceeded our expectations in every single way! We highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to remodel their home.

This is a real review from a real person :. We hired BLC to remodel a master bathroom, including custom tile shower, repairing damaged drywall, new tile floor, vanity, countertop, mirrors, fixtures and lighting. BLC was at the lower end of estimates we had, and they worked hard to meet our goals at our desired price level. Bogdan even gave us advice on selecting materials to meet our budget.
They were timely and efficient, and caused minimal disruption in our home. We like our new Bluetooth-equipped vent fan/light. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done.

BLC Remodeling did an outstanding job for our bathroom remodel. Bogdan and his crew walked us through every bit of work and priced out each option. As the project progressed, we were able to adjust what work we wanted done (within reason) and BLC was able to accommodate. Throughout the entire process, Bogdan was very easy to work with. It felt more like working with a friend! I highly recommend BLC and would go with them again in a heartbeat!

I worked with BLC on two remodels - a bathroom followed by the entire first floor including kitchen. On both the projects, BLC stood out from others in terms of their friendly attitude, creative suggestions, pride in their workmanship and enthusiasm in getting things done on time. On the first project I got multiple bids before going with BLC. I was so impressed by their work and honesty that I didn't bother to get bids from anyone else for my second and much bigger remodel.
Even before the project started Bogdan was patient with my ideas for the kitchen and gave good feedback that shaped the final design. Many of his suggestions also ended up saving us a good bit of money. Bogdan's contacts for materials like countertops, glass etc had good variety and the bids we got through them were amongst the lowest. As with all big remodels there were a few unforeseen issues once the demo was done. Bogdan and Zoli found clever solutions for every one of them. Bogdan kept in close touch with me on any decisions and updated me with pictures of the progress when I wasn't around.
Towards the end of the project we ended up adding a few more things. Even though Bogdan was starting on another project after mine he found time to squeeze in the additions and get it all done on time. Its been 6 months since the work was complete and I am happy to report that the changes have held up well. I worked with George on the bathroom remodel. George was open to new ideas and came up with some cool suggestions that worked out well.
