Construction Masters

For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best damn mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them.

Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I've never used anyone else since. We haven't had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great.

Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn't have to do that. My work wasn't going to be a big money maker and I'm moving out of state so there isn't the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. Ted and his team made me feel like they always make me feel - like my project was the most important one in the world.

First of all some older Gentleman who was a salesman was rude. I walked in and said I'd like my kitchen remolded I was downsizing since I'm retired. First things outta his mouth was if you don't have 85,000 go to Home Depot. I know I had shorts and sandals on but this guy must of thought I didn't have any money. Never judge the book by its cover. I just walked out and you lost a big money deal buddy.

We were very happy with the work the Kitchen Master did remodeling our kitchen. Joseph did a great job and communicated throughout the project. The designer, project manager, and installers were knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was done in a professional manner and the project was completed on time.

I would highly recommend The Kitchen Master! From planning to completion they were great to work with! Stacy was my designer and she was extremely patient with all my questions and indecisiveness! The team that did the work was just great! Tom always gave me notice as to when and who would be working and what time they would arrive. He also checked on the work every step of the way. Josh who worked on the carpentry/cabinetry is the best! Again, patient with my questions and indecision!

The garage and the kitchen were totally cleaned up at the end of each work day. The work area was totally sealed off and I had almost no "construction dust." The project started on schedule and finished up a couple days ahead of the original schedule. I choose them because I felt most comfortable with their approach to the project and I definitely made the right choice!

From design to production to completion, the entire kitchen remodel plus project was done with extreme professionalism. Stacy and Tom were just outstanding. The entire project went well. From the help with design work, both in the planning phases, but maybe more importantly, through pivotal decisions and changes we determined during the project, Stacey was a great resource. Anthony did a great job of providing onsite project management and the quality of his construction work was meticulous. Throughout the project, from planning through completion, the communication was well done and on schedule. Well done. We love our new kitchen!

Kitchen Master did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen. From the design to the final details everything was done expertly. Although our kitchen is small, we now have increased storage, counter space, and efficiency. Every person that came into our home had a goal to make the job perfect and they succeeded. We used The Kitchen Master for a new island. Everyone we worked with from the design team to the installers was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. The project was completed on time and on budget with quality materials and had some custom features. We were really impressed with the suggestions and execution from The Kitchen Master team.

We're very happy that we chose The Kitchen Master for our recent remodel. Designer Anna Lehner really "got" our style and guided us ably through all the decisions to realize our dreams. Foreman Tom Myers kept. us well informed and our project on schedule. All the installers (and especially Marek Kostko) did meticulous work. We did a master bath and we so happy we decided to use KM for our kitchen. Adam and the folks at KM are fantastic! Great design paired with great patience. Once the project begin they were professional and completed everything on time (or a bit early). Craftsmanship was top notch, these guys really know how to sweat the details and will go the extra mile to make sure its done right and to you satisfaction. Lots of nightmare stories out there re contractors but not with these guys - highly recommended.

The Kitchen Master remodeled our master bathroom in a vintage home. There were lots of challenges in the small space and we had a long wish list. Adam listened to all of our needs and concerns with great patience and expertise. The project was completed on time with a very clean and professional crew. When we purchased a home in Naperville, we knew that we would install a new kitchen, but were unsure about any other changes. After consulting with several kitchen and bath remodelers, we found The Kitchen Master, and designer, Adam Hartig. Adam took time to listen to our ideas, and then added his professional expertise and vision. Following his. advice, we decided to "open up" the main floor with some structural changes, rehab the kitchen and bathroom and also install hardwood flooring.

We could not be more pleased with the finished product. It is not only beautiful, but functional and beyond our expectations. The communication aspect of the project, and the quality and timeliness were all excellent.

Tim Doran was our contractor on site and he did an amazing job with making Adam's design a reality in our home. I would recommend Adam and his team 1,000 times over.

We hired The Kitchen. Master to remodel on our outdated and cramped utility room. They returned every phone call and email and truly make your business a priority. Adam, our designer guided us to wonderful design, equipment and material choices. The crew of Phil, Jason, Ricardo and Johnny worked hard and cleaned the work area every day. Tom was our project leader and he made sure we were always informed with the project's progress. He even made helpful suggestions along the way and I trusted his expertise.
