Duncan's Bath and Kitchen Center began in 1956, when Elmer "Dunk" Duncan endeavored to establish a quality plumbing and heating business serving the Mahoning Valley. Through his work with residential and commercial contractors, he learned the area also needed a quality kitchen and bath remodeler, so in 1960 he opened a showroom in Poland, Ohio, and E.H. Duncan, the Bath and Kitchen Center was born.

Our experience with Duncan's was great from start to finish. Our complete Kitchen remodel and 2 bathrooms turned out so beautifully! The professionalism shined through with every step from our wonderful designer, Kelly, to our main construction man, Mike--a perfectionist who works with excellence, to our plumber, Michael, and the project manager, Josh. Everyone was friendly, did their jobs well, the guys cleaned up after themselves each day etc. I highly reccommend this company.

Needed to have a gas line moved to facilitate a kitchen remodel. Duncan was able to get it done quickly at a very reasonable cost. This was the first time we used Duncan and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue, water heater repair or replacement, etc that arises. My husband passed away in April and he was a contractor. We trusted NOONE to do any work but him. My hot water heater caught fire on Tuesday. I called Jason and he had Mike come out the next day to replace it. I don't have the words to express the amazing customer service, professionalism and just amazing work they deliver. I got home from work and went to the basement to check on the work.
I cried. The installation was perfect. If you go with any other company for a bath or kitchen remodel or plumbing repair or installation you are NOT getting the service you deserve. Thank you for giving me the proof that there is still a company with values still working in our community!

Duncan's was a pleasure to deal with - courteous, responsive, conscientious. They did excellent work on our two main bathrooms, and an amazing job on our basement laundry room and storage area, including installing a new half bath and a creatively designed laundry chute, which we love. "Let Duncan Do It" is an understatement in our personal project. The more accurate jingle should be. " You Get What You Pay For ". From the excellent designer Diana, to the project manager Josh and the contractor Eric on-site doing the remodel and keeping the work moving in tandem with the other trades. We could have never orchestrated this on our own and continue to live with our family on-site.
They were clean and considerate of all of us and we are so grateful. Not to forget about the beautiful results. Everyday was like Christmas morning opening presents. Duncan's Bath And Kitchen recently remodeled my father's bathroom to be handicapped accessible after his recent stroke. The designer, installers and owner of the business were exceptional in all areas. We are very pleased with the price, timely install and finished product. Very grateful that he can continue to live independently. We have used their custom design bath remodel services for our own home in years past and we were also extremely pleased with all aspects of the remodel.

Over the last 20 years my family and I have used Duncan's for several projects small and large. The work has been outstanding every time. Today I had a plumbing issue that took about 2 hours to complete and the result was again exceptional. Michael, the technician, was a pleasant person whose work was professional, efficient, and accurate. Before he started the project he explained what he needed to do and how he would do it. Duncan recently remodeled my 2 bathrooms. Mike Stanley the designer was amazing and made suggestions I had not even thought of as possibilities. Mike the installer did an absolutely beautiful job. He addressed every detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish and I will not hesitate to use Duncan again in the future! Could not be happier!!!
