We have used Factory Plaza twice now for 2 separate renovations. Their stone is high quality and their customer service is incredible. Mario was extremely responsive, helpful and patient throughout the entire process which included many additions and changes on our end. Will only ever use Factory Plaza for any stone needs. My wife and I were looking to do a full kitchen remodel. We did research and found Factory Plaza and worked with Ryan as our project manager. From start to finish, he was very helpful, informative, and polite. I could not say enough good things about the quality the cabinets/countertops from Factory Plaza. We used them to remodel our kitchen and it was everything we had hoped for. The cabinets were perfect as was the countertop. We went with custom color cabinets and it was super easy to coordinate that with themm Urszula was amazing and responsive and helped us with every step in the process. We're just absolutely in love with our kitchen.

Best quality, value for the money! I worked with Maggie and she was patient with my decision making process. I had shopped a few other cabinet makers and they had the best pricing by far on quality and the granite/quartz choices. I had a few issues with cabinet doors, and shelves, and Maggie responded quickly and replaced the ones with a paint bleed. I would not hesitate to work with them again and have already referred a few people to them. When I'm ready for my bathroom remodel I will be back for sure.

We worked with Natalia at Factory Plaza to do our complete kitchen remodel. We came to Natalia with some measurements and an idea of what we were looking for and she brought our vision and more to life. Thank you so much to everyone at Factory Plaza especially Magda. We got all new cabinets (with a custom color) and quartz countertops. Everything is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone at the showroom and those that came out to the house for install were very communicative, helpful, and friendly. The process was very smooth. It was about 2 weeks for my custom color to be approved (they sent back the first one themselves that arrived about a week prior), and then it was 3-4 weeks for the cabinets to be finished and arrive to my home.
Once cabinets were installed, they came out to measure for the countertops. Countertop installation was just one week later! Mostly, we are just very pleased with the quality of the product especially at a price that beats everyone else we spoke to. I absolutely recommend Factory Plaza and would use them again.

We were doing our kitchen counters with a matching backsplash and I cannot recommend Factory Plaza enough! After doing a lot of research and gathering prices- Factory Plaza struck gold. Not only was the staff very friendly and helpful but we were able to get the lowest pricing across the board for beautiful quartz slabs! Kevin B. is your guy. We knew our estimated measurements which always helps in these sort of projects.
In our visit we sorted through all their options and in less than a month we had our kitchen counters and backsplash both measured and installed. Mind you, this was all done between the holiday months! Everywhere else quoted over two months out. We definitely appreciated the timeliness, and for no extra charge. We chose to work with Factory Plaza on our total kitchen remodel. Upon visiting the brick and mortar storefront, we were impressed. They had decent inventory and the staff appeared competent. Unfortunately, I have been totally and overwhelmingly disappointed. The salesman we are working with currently is named Ryan. Upon our first meeting he was cordial and organized, but quickly everything turned south.
It has been a NIGHTMARE trying to stay in contact with him. We were told an initial date for our cabinets to be cut, painted, and delivered. So far this date has been pushed back an entire MONTH. We have been without a kitchen since July, when we began working with (and paying) Factory Plaza. We are now nearing the end of November and we still do not have a kitchen.
Whenever we try to call we are told that Ryan is unavailable. We leave messages and never have our calls returned. A man was sent out to measure for the install. He didn't even come with a tape measure. I was instantly disappointed. He openly complained about how far out our home was from the store, and spoke to us as if we were a problem. I have attempted to email Ryan, and many others at Factory Plaza regarding the status of our order and never can get a straight answer.
The are so far behind on our order we have considered reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I have one word of advice for you it is to stay as FAR AWAY from Factory Plaza as you can. We regret our decision to hire them every day. This has been a terrible experience and we can't wait for the day it all comes to a close. This has been the worst company we have ever hired for home renovation or otherwise. Please do not give them any of your money or your time.

They did an amazing job from start to finish. We are so happy with our new countertops! Ursula was great to work with- she gave us good suggestions and explained the whole process. We had a really BAD and UNPLEASANT experience with Factory Plaza, specially with Urszula and Bozena. After we choose a counter top and we got the price (over $3100) and after we agreed with the price and date of Installation in 3 weeks after the agreement date. Urszula called 5 days before installation date to say that they are busy and will not be able to do it on that date, we complained and we got it installed on time, but then another problem.
Part around sink was not done as should be (in the pictures white one is in the one in our kitchen, black one is at our friend's place with the same type and model of sink). We called multiple times, to complain, almost always Urszula wasn't available, when she answered she told us that need to speak with the manager (Bozena), and after so many calls and emails after a month they send guys to try to correct it, they did it, but since sink was already installed the couldn't do it really good because of the chance to damage the sink. After all try to avoid this place and those people! We would never recommend them to anyone!
