Showroom - Grade B+ it's small but packs it lots of options for you to look at and chose from. It is quite crowded. No one showroom could possible carry everything anyway but more room would have been better. Lots of vendors to chose from, though, lots of price points to fit any budget. Sales - Grade A++ Patrice Herring, extremely patient, helpful, wants to understand what you want to accomplish before she wants to sell you anything. This was my first such project, so she guided me through the parts and design issues that are not intuitive for first-time bathroom renovators. Service - Grade B- Given my first time, I did not think that there would be delays in receiving items but there were. Would have been helpful if that had been pointed out within a day or so of my having placed the order so that I could have kept the contractor better informed of the timeline. I had to keep following up with Patrice on a weekly basis as to the status of the backordered items. Price - Grade A. Competitive, pretty much everyone provides the same 20% discount over list price. Provided free delivery which is a good bonus given that I bought over $5,000 worth of products so they weren't looking to nickel and dime me. Overall Grade A. the differentiator here was the friendliness, helpfulness, selection and convenience of one-stop shopping.
