Make sure if you make an appointment here it's not with an employee named WANKY. I would actually ask for the name of the person you may have the appointment with and if it her - change it. We had an appointment with Alicia - who we met before and was super nice and helpful - who quit before our appointment and we asked to wait to helper by someone else because we had already arranged with our jobs to be there on that day and time.

They close at 6pm and we were not helped until 5:30pm so you can imagine we were going to be rushed. Wanky was extremely rude to us - she was speaking to us like we had done this process before or as if we worked there. Totally unhelpful and totally rude. Even her face with a mask on showed how rude she was. She didn't even care if we made the purchase or not.

We ended up going to Panda Kitchen in Pembroke which was completely different- Danny was super helpful and nice If you're looking for cabinets drive the 10-15 miles to Pembroke Pines for a totally different experience. It's unfortunate that you have someone at your location in doral that's so rude. There's so much competition out there you would think they would have better training and better service.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. The lady in the front office with red hair said I was going to be attended in 20min AND I WAITED FOR 45min and in the end I was never attended. There were people sitting in the office who worked there and didn't even help. I don't recommend coming to panda kitchen. They don't care a bit about the people waiting for almost a whole hour.

I don't recommend this place. I ordered kitchen counter top and installed. From delivery, install, quality all bad. Pass this place if you don't want to waste money.

Only purchase Panda kitchen cabinets if you are sure that there will be no accidental damage. I live in a rental apartment where there was accidental damage to a kitchen door. Called the establishment to order a new door and was told I'd have to purchase the entire cabinet for $325.

Horrible costumer service. Beware. Double check your order. Alway something missing. Sneaking. $150 delivery. And they don't bring everything. Then I have to go to the warehouse for the missing items. What is the point to pay delivery. This company really don't care about the customers. I wish there is another company to same kitchen cabinets

Great customer service and the support from Jessica was outstanding. Picking up the merchandise is a little more complicated especially when you have to go Pick up the items.

A typical Miami Banana Republic dysfunctional mess. Waited in the lobby for over an hour before the morons FINALLY found someone who could give us a price. The other people who were waiting just started walking out the door from frustration. The price was high and the place is an unprofessional, third world, organization. Don't waste your time dealing with these embeciles!

Worst customer service! I don't live near the warehouse so I had to rent a truck to pick up my things and I called before to make sure they had it all in stock. When I got there "pantry is not in stock" which is a large item. I had to leave without it. And when I called back they said it was their mistake it was in another warehouse down the street but can't do anything about it. I've spent so much money because of a miscommunication on their end. 6 months later still no pantry

I have to say I was a bit concerned in reading some of the previous reviews. We are renovating a rental property kitchen and came across panda. The prices were low and didn't really expect too much from them. To our surprise the cabinets are solid and looked great! We purchased the cabinets and paid in full on a Wednesday and since they were all in stock, they were delivered and installed a few days later on Monday.

I took 3 days and they were done. Less than 1 week from order to install. They did not have the handles in stock that we wanted so we went to Amazon and cost a fraction of what they would have charged. Have the handles on site and the cabinet installer will do it for no additional charge. I assume as long as you select items that are in stock you should have no problems.

I'm a Realtor, I've shown many remodels with their cabinets. Truly it's not quality product. I think my daughter Barbie house is build of better wood.

EMAIL SENT TO JOSE PERIS AT PANDA KITCHEN: Our installation was completed last night at around 9:00 P.M. The installer definitely went beyond the call of duty, and I'm grateful. Now that the process is over, I'm going share some comments with you, which I will also post Yelp. I hope my review will make a positive impact, because "Yelp" brutally despises Panda Kitchen & Bath. I'm glad I didn't go on the site before making my decision to purchase the cabinets from Panda. Considering it's a standardized, mass-produced item, the consistency and quality of Panda's product in my opinion represents a good value.

The final product is attractive and well constructed, and priced competitively assuming one is willing to accept the limitations in color, configuration, dimensions, etc. However, the Panda buying experience can be frustrating at best. My experience with Panda Kitchen, was reminiscent of a textbook case of how NOT to treat a customer, and at the same time, was also a reminder of how just ONE employee (in this case the installer) can redeem a company's service failures.

After a series of miscues starting with the measuring mistakes by the part-time Lyft driver you sent to measure the space (for a fee of $75.00!), which cascaded into multiple design miscalculations including a proposed alternative that would not have fit the space, fortunately for us you sent Villalobos Carpentry to us as the installer for the project. Danny is one of the most conscientious, and professional contractors I've dealt with in a very very long time.

The level of technique, and attention to detail with which he performs, was nothing short of astonishing. He essentially installed the kitchen as if it where his own. Considering Panda could've sent any number of installers, we're gratified you sent Danny, because he redeemed the entire "Panda process", and netted us a kitchen that exceeds what we expected.

I recognize that as a multi-million dollar, multi-national organization, my lowly opinion is irrelevant to Panda. However, I relish the opportunity to put in a good word for a small local business like Villalobos Carpentry (305-219-7971), and maybe provide some perspective for others considering to purchase from Panda Kitchen & Bath.

Not able to help us with our particular situation. We bought a condo that had a kitchen remodel done prior to our purchase. One of the cabinets has a dummy drawer - why? I don't know. a dummy designer? Someone ordered it wrong and no one fixed it. So, we are trying to get the drawer box and tracks. the staff at the retail location/design center were very friendly and tried to help us.

They didn't have any same size cabinets with drawers laying around that we could rob from - so they sent us to the warehouse in hopes they might or might be able to assist us better. Went all the way over there and same thing - everything is in boxes to be built - so our only option is to buy an entire cabinet and use just the drawer pieces from it. A lot of money to spend so now we are looking to find someone to build a custom drawer for us.

Termites in the wood! Still dealing with Panda Kitchen and bath cabinets termites! $1,300.00 paid to Orkin and problem not resolved. We remodeled in 2005, and still dealing with the problem and expensive treatments in 2019. Don't buy Panda products! Worst customers service, worst installation. After almost a year waiting for installation to be finished, my husband had to do it. Worst experience that haunted me after 14 years

The customer service is very bad. I walked in and walked by about 8-10 employees that were not tending to any other customers but chatting with each other and not one sales person even acknowledged me. There was another customer who walked out with me as well for the same reason. No prices on items so couldn't even know what the prices for anything was.

The reviews of Panda seem to be correct. I showed up, checked in with the reception who told me it would be about 10-15 minutes before I could meet with an English speaker but she would send one upstairs after me. I perused the kitchen showroom on the 2nd floor for 20 minutes and sat for another 20 - no showed. I walked downstairs past the same receptionist who just starred at me until I left out the front door. Not sure I could ever trust these people to do anything in my home.

I checked out this location, as well as kendall location (kendall one--- about a year ago). Not impressed with their service. At the kendall location, there was no one around to help. Walked out and ended up going with someone who was referred to us. Today, we were asked to give them a few minutes, 15 mins later, walked out. I don't have time to waste, specially with a toddler at tow.

I wrote this review Yesterday at about 9:30, today I was contacted by EZ-Construction and representatives from Panda Kitchen. Hopefully the matter will be resolved in a positive manner, and they advised that everything would be completed to my satisfaction by Monday, even replacing all the $3.00 (tree valves) plumbing valves. Hopefully this will be resolved. EZ-Construction was apologetic and very understanding. Panda kitchen advised they would resolve the issue satisfactory.

You can form your own opinion. I'd like to thank the Yelp web sight, as somebody read that review, and in turn it got to the right people. Be advised those stars are for at least were negotiating, I would never ever use them again!

Panda Kitchen and Bath is nestles withing the Orlando home furnishing center, and is a very nice place if you're looking for new countertops or cabinets. Their selection is rather basic, but their prices can't be beat! The Good: Clean, simple showroom: The showroom is pretty small, but everything is organized quite well. Everything is really easy to see.

Really Cheap Prices: Granite starts at $22 sq/ft INSTALLED! Amazing! Most places sell for about $35-$40 installed, so if you're looking for a deal, Panda is definitely worth a look. The Bad: Short Selection:They really only have about 20 granite selections in house, and even though they say they have more at their warehouse, but when you're shopping around, what is at a different place doesn't really matter. Panda Kitchen and Bath is a great place to go when you're shopping around for home remodeling. Their selection is a little smalish, but it's enough to merit a stop on your route if you are in need of kitchen and bath remodeling Overall 6.8/10= Pretty Nifty Panda
