Highest recommendation possible! My bathroom was a total gut and Jim helped us through the whole project with the greatest attention to detail. Job start and job completion timelines were met. Jim McLaughlin is tops at what he does. We hired Jim after receiving several other estimates to completely remodel our master bath. Jim gave us a variety of options and resources and followed through on every single promise. We love our new bathroom, complete with curbless tile shower, soaking tub, heated tile floor, quartz counter and towel heater. Jim is a perfectionist and employs only the top electricians and plumbers, and does all of the tile work himself.

We had Mclaughlin Tile back to do work in our home for the 2nd time. The last time was 15 years ago! Recently we had a new kitchen put in and had Jim do the ceramic tile installation of the backsplash. Jim took extra precautions to protect my new kitchen cabinets and countertops while tiling my backsplash. He delicately directed me away from my first tile choice to a much better selection. Oh, and by the way the job from 15 years still looks great and is in terrific shape. Thanks again!
