We had been trying to sell our house for a better part of a year to lessen our commute in the Atlanta rush hour traffic. House was a little over 20 years old and has not had any updates in the past 20-some years.

We had been shopping around on Google and eBay looking for price and selection as some of our main deciding factors. We came across this company Moderndanish.com right here locally, that was about 30 minutes drive from our house.

We were pleased to be able to take a look at the items in person rather than on-line and we were surprised that everything was in stock and ready to take away right away.

I am actually back here a second time... We got our house sold and at the closing the buyer told us that one of the deciding factors was the bathroom!!!!

We were a bit nervous up till the last few days before the closing since we had put under contract a really good deal on a house in a location more ideal to us. We have never done much home remodeling in the past but we had great success already so we thought it was worth an other try, besides we never got to enjoy our last bathroom:)

I am quite exited to have found this company and I am convinced that re-doing our bathroom was instrumental in the sale of our last home.

Seeing the items in person combined with the excellent prices helped us make the decisions to replace our bathroom get our house sold - quickly after we realized what was holding up the sale.

Local Pick-up and Easy Installation
So many styles to choose from.. had hard time making up my mind!
I picked up a entire bathroom set of vanity, sink, faucet, and drain from their showroom and found the quality to be above standard. Being a frequent Lowes customer during our extensive home re-model I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything looked in person.

Jack of all trades (as my wife would add - master of none) my installation went smoothly and quickly with the help of installation specifications in the box and videos online.

Definately recommend - especially to the weekend-warriors out there that are tired of the Lowes and Home Depot cookie-cutter look in their homes. R Charles

Low prices, unique products not found at other stores, custom make sinks, in metro Atlanta area

I visited the showroom, they have a nice selection of very modern products out on display, I think I will come back but will call ahead of time next time to request the exact products i would like to view prior to purchasing. Besides that I really liked the products and the quality of them. Definitely will come back and highly recommend!
