Nice at first
Lack of quality workmanship after several months
Mr. Laurence re-did our bathroom. It turned out nice, for a while. Then the shower developed a leak. I realized that the shower floor was not sitting level on the subfloor. The slight motion would cause the caulk to slightly pull from the wall. Of course I didn't figure this out until after the labor warranty time. It takes a while for silicone caulk to work loose. Mr. Laurence recommended that I support the floor joists in the basement. That's not even the problem! So I have to re-caulk about every 6 to 8 months. Also, the simulated marble sink is developing cracks around the drain. Do not deal with St. Charles Kitchen & Bath. We paid thousands to more or less be told "too bad"!
