StoneWorld is a very professional company! They suggested I look at 3-4 other granite stores to find a cheaper similar slab. They showed up on time and communicated well. They came early the very next day to shave one location where I thought when my kids opening cabinets quickly the granite would hit. They cleaned up their work and were very respectful. I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.

Dennis was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. He was easy to work with, responsive on text and calls and always showed up on time. An exceptionally professional business with quality work.

Kitchen Renovation: Smooth from beginning to end. Besides the outstanding quality of the work, what I most appreciated was that he (Dennis) handled everything. You don't have to run around getting different people to handle each part. (Counter top, tear-rout, backsplash, electrical) And he is VERY responsive. Dennis is your person from beginning to end. If I could, I'd give StoneWorld more than 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with Stone World. They replaced my kitchen countertops quickly and made sure to clean after themselves before leaving. They were punctual, and completed the job exactly as promised. This is a dependable and honest company. Their work is of the highest quality, and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful people, product, and service! Free edging choices, free sinks, and best of all, get choose from large stock of beautiful granite pieces (or order from non-granite samples). Know how what's called granite is just a hardened slurry of granite pieces that look like corporate office counters. Stone World has choices with personality to create that WOW factor to guests or buyers while matching your color schemes (most dark counters can be such downers).

And one piece perfect for a long double sink and another single sink bathroom so they matched perfectly. Even 20-year plumber impressed by our choice while installing our new faucets. Nice to patronize a local, family-run enterprise, too.

This business is only good if you have no problems. We had used them 3 times before & and everything went smoothly. This last time the installers damaged our new kitchen sink putting about 30 scratches in it when they drilled the holes for the faucet. I looked over the sink before they attached it to the countertop & it was perfect. I noticed the damage after they had left & had already paid them by check.

We tried contacting the owner, Dennis for over 3 weeks after I sent a picture of just a couple of the scratches thinking he would come out to see the damage for himself, but he did not. After many texts to him with no response, we were so frustrated we sent another text mentioning legal action if we didn't hear from them. It took that to get them to contact us.

They also had 1/2 a slab of our Cambria we wanted for another project or possibly sell which they said they would do initially. The other owner's daughter Anastasiya finally contacted us and was dismissive about our sink telling me it was only going to get scratched anyway when we used it & said I was ridiculous. That's their defense when faced with the damage they did?

She also laughed about the video we had taken the day I received the sink showing what perfect condition it was when it came out of the box. So unprofessional. I told her that during our last kitchen renovation, the contractor installer a cheaper sink without telling us and that we just dealt with it, but wanted to protect ourselves this time, just in case something went wrong.

She said they all thought it was funny. Another bad customer service reaction. We were told to come pick up the remaining 1/2 slab because they were not going to deliver, fabricate, or sell it for us like they agreed to do previously. So as senior citizens (I'm 73) we are expected to go get it ourselves or lose out on the Cambria worth approximately $1300. Hundreds of pounds of countertop.

During this encounter with her, I was told I had written the wrong amount on the check and still owed them $400. I was surprised, but apologized as I hadn't realized my mistake & never heard from them about it until just then, 23 days later. No one called us regarding the check in all that time, yet they cashed it the very next day after installation.

Why did they cash it if it was the wrong amount? She claimed we were holding that amount because we wanted the sink paid for, but the check had been given to the installers & before we noticed the scratches. We received no bill or invoice the day of installation even though I had asked Dennis the owner for one, so I was going on memory of the balance. Anastasiya begrudgingly offered to dismiss the $400 balance from the check as payment for the sink, but not before she was rude and insulted me by saying we were taking advantage and basically that we tried to cheat them out of the $400.

More insults. She kept saying she went "above and beyond" for us, but fixing a sink your workers damaged is expected and not considered going "above and beyond" if you are a reputable business. I have never been treated or spoken to so badly by a company before, especially one I have been a loyal customer to. Dennis completely ignored the problem and dealing with Anastasiya was just so stressful.

Her father is part owner so she gets away with this behavior apparently. No other business would put up with her attack on a customer. We were really shocked by their behavior. We would never recommend Stone World because of this. They are all smiles if everything goes smoothly, but not when there is an issue. This speaks volumes about their integrity as a business.

After giving them thousands of dollars in labor costs regarding the 4 installations we had them do for us, we were treated this way. No loyalty on their part I guess. Reviews by others have also complained about being ignored when there is damage or an issue as well. Who runs a business like this? We have kept all correspondence and pictures as proof of our claims.

Had counter tops installed by this wonderful company. If I could, I would give them 10 starts. They were fast, professional, did an amazing job. Cleaned after themselves. Priced very fair. After being so in love with my counter tops, I asked the owner to create some unique shelvings for my business. And that was the best decision I made. Everything came out just perfect! Highly recommend Denis and his company. Couldn't be more happier with everything he has done! Don't look anywhere else. Call these people!

Dennis was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, kept in touch with me during the process and showed up on time! Even with having to special order the quartz I wanted it was only a few weeks from first contact to install. His installers were polite, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in an hour. If only all home improvement projects were this easy! To top it all off his prices beat other quotes buy a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely amazing. Dennis has a wonderful thing going here with Stone World. Dennis arrived to write up a template same day I called. He had the stone shipped to his fabrication facility from Mystic (the supplier we selected). The stone was cut and ready to go in less than a week of the template. The old marble was out, new was in within two hours. They removed the ugly old marble backsplash, which had to weigh roughly 250lbs, with ease. Just an absolutely wonderful company. Dennis is a wonderful guy to work with! From the first point of contact, he sent me a text message with a lot of information as to where to go to choose my countertops. Upon choosing the countertops that I was interested in, he immediately shot me back a text message with a quote. We arranged for him to come out and measure the cabinets and we hired him on the spot.

Less than one week later, the countertops were installed and we are very happy with them! His staff that installed the countertops, were very pleasant, friendly, courteous and they wore masks the whole time. They also went an extra mile and moved our garbage can over to the neighbors so that the garbage could be picked up, since they blocked the driveway.

That right there, if that's not five star service, I don't know what it is! We will be using him again for a couple of our bathrooms and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family looking for a fabricator. I did a lot of research and his communication and the way that he does business, was my top choice. Try him out! You will not regret it!

If you need granite, go see Dennis at Stone World. He didn't have the piece of granite we wanted at his shop, so he sent us to a couple large granite suppliers. We picked out the granite, they delivered it to his shop 2 days later and his cutters were working on it that week. In just over a week, we selected the granite, Dennis measured, his guys cut and polished and installed it perfectly.

We had him do our guest bathroom two years ago and were so impressed that we went back to him again. Stone World is THE BEST! Dennis is a pro and a perfectionist, so you are guaranteed to get outstanding work.

I HIGHLY recommend Dennis at Stone World! We just gutted our entire home. Finding counter tops can be frustrating and kind of a mystery--slab stores won't give you pricing, then you don't know how much fabrication will be on top of that. But Dennis solved all our problems with his honesty and up-front pricing. He tells you precisely how many slabs you need, where you can save money, what material he suggests and what his prices actually are. And all the slab stores around love working with him--which says it all.

These gentlemen just completed my fabrication on my granite countertop in my kitchen. They did a fabulous job. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them again for my bathrooms. Thanks again Dennis, Oleg and staff for a job well done.

Dennis did it again! This time was a bathroom. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I just love it! His installers are great people, courteous and very considerate and clean. I highly recommend Stone World.

Am disappointed with the lack of after care service. Have tried to contact a few times by email and phone but not received any response. Had kitchen counter installed which was mostly great, except for some issues we noticed afterwards. Measurements weren't completely accurate, making us have to pay our contractor to fix the mistake. Some corners and cutouts of our counter are not perfectly smooth and ridges can be seen.

One edge of our island is slightly rounded, not perfectly straight. The general 'finish' in some areas wasn't the exceptional quality I thought I would get (visible seams and poor caulking). Dennis has not responded to any of these issues, has ignored me completely. Shims have even been left under the counter inside cabinets which I don't know what to do with - I don't think shims are supposed to be just sticking out inside cabinets after countertop is installed.

Cut out for my pop up outlet was also cut in the wrong place, so I had to buy a new outlet that would work. When they came they seemed to be in quite a big rush, I didn't feel like I was getting quality work or finish at all. Didn't notice the mistakes until after but didn't think getting hold of Dennis and him sorting the issues out would be a problem.

About 4 months later and no response from him. I even gifted him some alcohol before they left as it had seemed like they had done a good efficient job! But it seems that this company are not really interested in aftercare or sorting out their errors. After paying so much money for Quartz you expect nothing less than a great finish and great quality of work. I didn't get this and have been ignored since.

Look no further if you want your granite installed and fabricated. Dennis and his team our outstanding. They are professional, polite, patience with the install, clean and respectful of your time and property. The install when without a hitch because they took the time ahead of time to do their due diligences with measurements. They arrived on time, worked right along and clean up after themselves.

The best service around for granite. Dennis is fast, immaculate and the price is great! I called to get measurements and he was there the following day. I had my granite installed 2 days later. Beautiful job. Just completed another project and Dennis never ceases to amaze me with his craftsmanship. He and Oleg put an island in for me with quartz, so large that I needed 2 slabs. We could neither see nor feel the seam! Excellent work Stone World! I will never use another company for granite or quartz.
