We have only good things to say about Travertine Warehouse - they did a great job for us. Like everyone else, we had plenty of trepidation about making a large and unwieldy (almost 20,000 lbs) purchase from a company 800 miles away from us. Any return would have been a major headache. But the combination of price and quality (Our contact Sebastian sent samples), and the fact that we received our shipment in less than a week, and all in very good condition, with almost no breakage, well, we were delighted. Our mason has gotten some of it laid down and it looks tremendous. Thanks for an excellent transaction.

Worst experience with this company. A bunch of scam artists! First is Jay Hearn. Pretends to be polite and promises 3-4 day delivery but my tile came after 4 weeks! He was responsive until they got payment, then he ignored my emails, phone calls and voice mails. Total jerk when i did get ahold of him. Complained to the manager Eric barthelemy who gave me his word he woukd follow through, then never heard back from him. Please avoid this company, they cost me $$$$ in the end. Contact me and i will pay you not to give them your business.

I was shopping for Leonardo travertine when I came across Travertine Warehouse online. I was a little worried about ordering online and shipping $15000 worth of material sight unseen from Florida to California. The Travertine came in in excellent condition and quality. Thank you Cheryl Valencia for all your help. You made the process very easy and saved me lots of money!

In July 2011, we purchased 4900 lbs of marble from Travertine Warehouse. The personnel who handled the order over the phone were very courteous and helpful. They answered all of our questions and everything they promised was carried out to perfection. Most impressive was the shipping. There were two pallets of eighteen inch square marble. The marble was packaged in such a way that it was easy to handle and well protected.

The truck driver not only delivered it to our carport, he also unloaded and moved it under the carport. After opening there was not ONE sheet of marble that was damaged. We have since laid all the marble in a large dining room and it looks just as good as it did in the brochures and as shown on the web site. All in all, we were most pleased with our experience.

I was very Satisfied with Stone Mart. When I would ask a question the installers answered my question with great detail. I was very pleased with the template, fabrication, and installment. I Would Highly Recommend Stone Mart. By The way Stone Mart is not Slate Marble and Granite it is under new Ownership!
