AMAZING! I have been living with a scratched bathtub for 16 years and decided it was time to have it reglazed. It looks like it came off a showroom floor. It's beautiful! Thank you for the great work and giving me a new bathtub! Service: Bathroom tile reglazing

This was my 3rd time using Tub Glaze. The first time was about 4 years ago. I had never heard of this option and was dreading the thought of having to rip out the ugly 70's style peach tile in my shower that was in perfect condition. I called Tub Glaze and they quoted me a great price and it was complete in less than a day with no mess. I was so happy I had them also do our bathtub unit in our basement from an eggshell color to a very nice white.

Fast forward to this week we recently purchased a home for my daughter and she was stressed over the baby blue tile in her bathroom. I called Harvey at Tub Glaze again and made the appointment right away and he sent Steve George out to complete the job. It is AMAZING and my daughter is so excited about having a fresh clean brand new looking shower. Thank you so much!

Critical: Quality Poor craftsmanship. The bathtub glaze peeled within weeks. They had to return multiple times within the first month to repair peeling. Less than a year later it's peeling again and now there's mildew underneath the edges of the tub which cannot be cleaned or removed. They offered to repair it again for a fee. Service: Bathtub reglazing

I just had my tub reglazed. Gordy did such an amazing job! He was very professional and careful within my home. He explained every step and turned my old tub into a new looking tub. He did not waste anytime during the job. He even came back the next working day and caulked around my drain. If I ever decide to do my tiles, I will definitely use Tub Glaze again and ask for Gordy. I am very happy with the results!

Very frustrating experience with this company. We went with them because they were a little cheaper and could come a week sooner than other companies to reglaze our original tub, that had been sitting underneath a failed liner tub. We paid to have them finish cleaning out the tub, since there was adhesive and silicone on it from the liner tub. Their work was very poor: brush marks everywhere, silicone showing through, the black adhesive showing through, very rough/sharp flecks of something in random spots throughout the tub (not the no-slip texture at the bottom, but on other parts of the tub). Again, we had paid them to finish cleaning the tub professionally, and clearly they hadn't done that since so much was showing through.

I've seen reglazed tubs before that looked nothing like the job they did. They didn't fill in hardly any of the flaws in the original tub-just painted over them. When we contacted the company to tell them that there were some show through spots, someone came by and pretty much just painted on glaze with a regular paintbrush to "touch up" those spots.

They looked worse than before-gloopy. After it dried, we weren't confident at all that the tub wouldn't chip or rust right away-there were so much show through, poor coverage, and other flaws. We contacted the company to tell them that we weren't happy, and they offered to come back third time. What we really wanted was a refund, since it was clear to us that this entire job was a hack job that we could have done better ourselves with some YouTubing, frankly, and it would need to be redone.

They don't do refunds, they just come back eternally to "fix" the issue. So, we're out $600 for this. We hired another company to do it right, and they did. The new company took 9 hours to do a very good and through job-very smooth, no show through, flaws filled in. The new company had to strip what Tub Glaze had done, it had been done so poorly. (So it doesn't look better because it was a double layer or anything like that-Tub Glaze's work was removed). And, way less smelly-we could stay in the house while it was done, and we had had to get out when Tub Glaze was here, despite their claims that "even sensitive people don't have a problem with the smell". I would not recommend them at all.

Harvey scheduled the work quick and Doug came out to do the job the same week I called. We paid extra for prep work as there was adhesive on it from a previous liner. However, when the work was done it looked horrendous. Multiple spots were rough and not covered by the glaze especially around the drain and corner. Numerous areas had silicone showing at the surface because the prep work was shoddy. Called Harvey back to fix it who told me that I would have to wait a week before they could touch it but somehow Doug managed come back the following day.

To fix the problem Doug basically took a brush and globbed a bunch of glaze on some areas with a paint brush creating uneven layers and leaving tons of brush marks. Since the poor workmanship showed very clearly (especially around the drain) he wanted me to pay extra $150 for a "skim coat". Mind you neither Doug nor Harvey ever mentioned needing an extra coat when they agreed to do the job and then proceeded to blame me for having a "difficult tub" and not paying for the extra treatment.

Part of Doug's solution was also to leave me with some extra glaze in Powerade bottle so I could fix areas myself in the future. I had another local company look at his work and they couldn't believe how poorly it was done. They said "hacks like these hurt the tub glazing industry by doing such terrible work and giving everyone in the business a bad name".

The company redoing the work mentioned that the surface was never prepped properly either and actually strip the entire tub to refinish it properly. it took the second company over 6 hours to do the job whereas Doug was "done" in 2.5 hours. All in all we wasted over $600 with tub glaze and would never recommend this business. We got the work redone by another company and I have put photos to show the difference. the first five pictures show the terrible work Tub Glaze did followed by the second company's work.

In this entire interaction Harvey never had the decency to apologize for any inconvenience caused. When asked for a refund he said "we don't do refunds" and offered for his guy to come out for a third time. I refused as they clearly are not capable of doing high quality work. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was initially impressed by Tub Glazers when Harvey answered his phone. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He was also able to give an estimate over the phone after asking me a few questions about what I was planning. He then provided me with complete instructions to prepare for the job. (Easy to do). His employee arrived on time and was also kind and knowledgeable.

He went about his task in a very efficient manner. Everything I expected was completed in a very professional way. The job turned out much better than I had even new was possible. Tub Glazers left me with simple instructions on how to care for the tub and wall tile to keep it looking great for the years to come. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend this company with confidence to anyone. Thank you, Harvey. Keep up the good work! Howard, Ada MI.

We used Tub Glaze for Re-glazing and Re-grouting our bathroom and WOW, what a difference. Highly recommend as we now feel like we have a brand new tub. DOUG was great- on time, worked quick, and did a great job. Here are some before and after shots.

We had a very ugly brown tub in a fixer-upper in Grand Haven MI. It also had a couple of big "chips" in the finish as well. TubGlaze's price was better than all the companies we called. They charged extra for the Chips but it was reasonable. The fellow that did the work was at my place early, and very efficiently did his work, and was also quite pleasant.

We did find two little bubbles that popped afterwardand, and called them right away, they came the next day to fix it. Our new renter is delighted that the bathroom and especially the tub is now very nice.
