I had Wyman Builders partially remove a wall between the dining room and family room and replace it with a lighted arch that connected the kitchen wall. Below, the remaining wall was finished with double cabinet inside the wall, with a granite top. I had seen their work at a friend's house and was impressed with their product. I was even more impressed when I met Joyce Wyman.

She is a consummate professional who also cares about your needs. The carpenters are class A and are absolute perfectionists. The project was scheduled around the Christmas holidays yet there were no significant delays. Extreme care was taken to keep other areas of the house clean and free from dust. A clean up crew came at the end of the job to complete the job. I give them the highest rating possible ( 5 stars seems inadequate) and would recommend their services to anyone. Winston McGill

Wyman Builders is a hands on family affair. Remember old world craftsmanship? That's what you get when you become one of Joyce and Jeff's "family". That' because what you become when you become their client. Can't sing their praises loud enough.

Jeff Wyman and Joyce are a phenominal general contractor that designed and built my water damaged home. They have far exceeded my expectations and their performance and work ethic is outstanding. All of their employees are high end finish craftsmen, extremely polite and clean and arrived promptly daily. There were no sub-contractors on the job. I believe on top of being excellent, there wasn't a punch list for my project. It is my pleasure to write this review. If you are looking for high end, quality work and on time contractors, Jeff and Company is undoubtedly the way to go.

We love the workmanship that went into our new bathroom. Joyce did a great design and incorporated everything that we wanted. We are so pleased with the storage, shower and the lighting. Mario was a master at laying the tile and his workmanship was very precise. He as well as others who worked on the remodeling were professional, courtesy and kept things neat and clean as they could. Glen kept us appraised of when the plumbers, electrician and inspectors were to come in. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

Went to Wyman to help design and install a new kitchen. I had a set budget that I was told would be met. That once I pay $500, I'll get a detailed breakdown of the budget and we can work from there. Ahead of engagement, I was clear with materials and quality expectations (standard ceasarstone countertop and shaker cabinets.) with the assurance, I paid $500 and was given a budget of 5k above my budget.

In addition, I was told my expectations couldn't be met unless I went to that price. This was a sham and I was swindled out of $500. Waste of time and money. And do expect to be spoken down to by Joyce who was clearly more superior than me and my husband.

I wanted a contractor to look at my project, i.e. structural changes. I already have a design drawn up. The female designer I talked to was more interested in doing the design and selling me cabinets, and wanted me to come to the show room. I was unable to make an appointment to have someone come to my house. If I was unable to get what I want and need out of an appointment, it was clear my renovation wishes would be secondary to accommodating this contractor. Rebuttal.

Since I don't know the floor plan because you refuse to come and give me an estimate on the structural changes, why in the world would I come look at cabinets. That is putting the cart ahead of the horse and forcing me to do this your way. Not my first rodeo, and you as a designer are totally unable to help me at this point. Looking for a company that wants to accommodate me, not the other way around. And nothing has been decided.

We have just completed a full master bathroom remodel with Wyman Builders and are ecstatic with both the process and results. From design review with Joyce, to project oversight by Glen, to master craftsmen like Mariusz, every process was performed to the highest standards. Our house is now 26 years old. In the past 24 months, as well as this project, we replaced our roof and gutters, remodeled our pool, as well as several other projects.

In all cases, except with Wyman Builders, I felt I needed to closely monitor all activities to hopefully achieve the desired outcome. With Wyman it was the opposite. I kept out of the way with the finest results. We all know how difficult it can be to find competent contractors in South Florida. Like us, I believe you will not regret your decision to hire Wyman Builders. 10 stars, not 5.

Wyman Builders completely renovated our master bath. They exceeded our expectations in absolutely every area. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Joyce's knowledge and professionalism gave us great comfort as we watched our bathroom transform into a work of art. From the beginning, Joyce listened to what we wanted, offering suggestions, but not pushing us into something we didn't want.

She provided us with such an amazing selection of choices, we felt like we would get the perfect bathroom. and we did! Glen always responded to our text messages immediately, making sure the job ran smoothly. Mario was amazing, asking us questions as the job progressed to assure we had exactly what we wanted. He gave us daily updates leaving us feeling there would be no surprises.

In fact, the only surprise, was how quickly they got the job done (staying on the promised schedule, despite Covid-19), and how beautifully it turned out. We recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Wyman Builders to renovate our master bathroom, after they were highly recommended by one of our neighbors who also used them for a master bath project. They did a great job! The project consisted of removing everything in our bathroom and installing cabinets, a new shower, tile on the floor and in the shower, and a new toilet. We worked primarily with Joyce Wyman and her project manager Glen, and occasionally with Jeff Wyman, and all of them were great. Mario, who did all the tile and cabinet work. was awesome. Wyman Builders has very high standards for their work, and that was clearly evident on our project.

A couple of the people who worked on our bathroom made mistakes, and they no longer work for Wyman. Any issues, most of which were noticed by one of the Wyman team rather than us, were taken care of. The project was originally estimated to take 6 weeks, but it actually took 10. One reason was because chose glass tile for the shower, which is harder to work with than other materials, and another was because Wyman discovered some water damage under the bathroom window, which they spent extra time repairing. Wyman charges a lot for their services, but they take care of all the details and do top quality work.

I would not hesitate to use Wyman Builders for our next renovation project (which hopefully won't happen for a while :-). I recommended them to one of our other neighbors, who decided to hire them for a kitchen renovation project, and I would highly recommend them to everyone else.

Their honesty and creativity were why we hired them to renovate and remodel after hurricane Wilma. Their reliability and dedication are why they were the first people we called when we needed more work done a decade later.

Wyman Builders is an excellent company. Joyce Wyman kept in touch with me every step of the project. They are very professional, well organized, detail oriented, and have great people working for them. They showed up on time, cared about the quality of their work, and were meticulous about keeping things as clean possible during the project. The work was completed on time and I am very happy with the new look of my powder room. Although the room was small, the work involved was more extensive than one might imagine and they did a beautiful job.

The experience of searching for a Kitchen designer and contractor was extremely stressful, until Jeff and Joyce Wyman walked into our house. A breathe of fresh air, they both immediately started thinking outside the box and coming up with many suggestions never thought of by others, We immediately knew that we found the perfect company to update our kitchen.

And that we did. Everything that both Joyce and Jeff did was on target and schedule. The communication between us was excellent. Wyman Builders is about Customer Service and more. Besides Joyce's wonderful design skills and product knowledge, the process of picking out our kitchen accessories was actually fun and accomplished in 1 day. Jeff's professionalism and detail in getting the job done, was top notch. Timing and schedule was never a problem and communication between us was great.

We decided to do a major remodel on our 40 year old Boca Raton home and vetted a few contractors. We selected Wyman Builders and are glad we did. The team of Jeff and Joyce Wyman and their professional staff did an outstanding job. From start ( deciding on the design ) to complete and final finish and even after they have been professional, helpful and cheerful. Wyman Builders actually SHOW UP, do what they say, and DO IT Expertly!

Both Jeff and Joyce stay on top of everything and are perfectionists. Even after completion I had a couple of questions and wanted to make a slight change and they, with a smile, we happy to do it! They said all along "we are here for the long run" and they truly are. Most contractors in my experience, get the job, do it and once paid you never see them again, even if you need them.

I highly and completely recommend Wyman Builders for a large or small remodel. They have a professional team of expert carpenters, tile layers, window installers, painters, electricians, etc. and a wonderful Project Manager, Kelly who always has a smile!
