Our firm name is SODECO and our corporate name is Modern Water Systems. How did we get the name SODECO? When the firm was established in 1979 it was going to be Southwest Design Company. SODECO is owned by Gary and Liz Weiner. We sell water related products for new home construction, remodels, hotels, apartments, government and industrial facilities.

Established 26 years ago by Tom Poulin CGR, Poulin Design Remodeling has become a fixture in Albuquerque while others have faded. From the very beginning basic principals of client satisfaction have guided Tom and all those who have worked with him. These principals have allowed Poulin Design Remodeling to grow from a Husband and Wife team operating from their garage to a 3,500 square foot showroom and a team of over 35 professional employees.
