I saw the CALbath van working across the street on my neighbors bathroom. they let me look & Dave @Calbath gave me their flyer. I called & Roger came out to see my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and even said he had the perfect shower color to match my bathroom. My husband & I went to the showroom in Newport Beach & met with Roger again. I had to convince my husband Roger knew his stuff and after meeting him, my husband agreed.

We placed a deposit to start the request. The tub was back ordered but came in exactly as they stated and work started on time. The workers were very friendly and efficient & careful. It only took 2 days and they were done! It looks amazing! They really know what they are doing and I would use them again 100%!

Calbath is an amazing company with a beautiful product. Their showroom represents exactly what I wanted and received! My master bath shower was old and needed to be replaced. Roger came out and gave me a quote explaining the whole process. He knew I was on a timeline and accommodated my requests beautifully! Then Art showed up to do the job and was so professional, ontime everyday, cleaned up at the end of each day, and did an outstanding job. I've done alot of remodeling in my lifetime of owning homes and this was first class service!

I HIGHLY recommend them if you want a company that lives up to their promises! Thank you all including Gabby and Laurie that helped with the scheduling and billing. You are a great team!

CalBath did an amazing job. I had my guest bathroom remodeled and I have to say I LOVE IT! From the very beginning of my adventure for a new shower and vanity everyone was so helpful. Roger showed me so many choices and helped coordinate the vanity with the shower and all the accessories. Once the decision was made the entire experience was easy. Gabby kept me informed of progress and estimated dates of when the materials would arrive everything was within the timeframe The installers showed up on time and was prepared with everything.

They Removed the old fiberglass tub/shower and vanity and had new shower and vanity installed. David and Miguel were so professional and respectful of my time. They were clean and was considerate of any messes and the fiberglass exposure. They both wore hazmat suits during the tear down of the fiberglass shower and ensured that nothing would get into the rest of the house. David kept me informed about what he was doing and why. The entire process only took 4 days from tear down to final installation! You can't get better service anywhere else. I would recommend CalBath any day!

I'm writing this review for my mom, who had a walk-in shower installed recently. Roger came to measure, a wonderful guy, absolutely no sales pressures. Explained everything very clearly. Showed my 95 year old mom where all the grab bars would go for her safety. Luis was the main installer, and he was great. Super neat and tidy- did a beautiful and professional demo and install. If she could give them 10 stars she would! Cal Bath was above and beyond her expectations!

I recently hired CalBath to convert my shower/tub into a walk-in shower. Darrell came out to do the initial consultation, but I wasn't completely sold on the patterns he presented. I decided to drive out to Newport Beach to visit the showroom. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I saw my shower! I still took the tour with Darrell as he showed me the different options and answered all my questions.

He helped me choose the the walls, shower fixtures, and door. My installer was Colin, and he did an amazing job explaining things and keeping me informed. I now know what a "butt joint" is thanks to him. : We ran into a few typical home improvement issues, but Colin and Darrell quickly adjusted things so we could continue moving forward with the project.

In the showroom, the shower has a long horizontal nook, but due to the structure of my walls, we had to place a vertical nook. The finished shower looks AMAZING! I absolutely love it! Although it's in the guest bathroom, I still use it quite a bit. I'll definitely be calling CalBath when I'm ready to do my master bath. I would highly recommend them if you're remodeling. **I I forgot to take 'before' pics, but was able to find a few online from when the place was on the market. Please excuse the quality.

Our experience with CALbath was exceptional. Our 45 year old bathroom was in need of a complete renovation. Roger took copious notes, walked us through the process and spent time showing us options. Colin arrived every day on time and worked with precision installing our new shower, vanity, flooring and fixtures. He happily answered all the questions we had left the site clean and organized daily. Communication with the office was always cordial and timely. Tom Brennan posting: We had our tub and shower surround installed 6 years ago in a rental house. We didn't realize the tub liner was not sealed well at the drain. When we had a plumber come and look at it, he resealed it at a cost of $1350. and he told us it would not hold. The tenants in the home had to go to a hotel to shower. it became a costly problem for us, so We called Cal bath, and although they had bought the original company we had purchased to bath liner from, the Owner of Cal Bath, Dan, took it upon himself to restore the bath and surround. Dan was an amazing person to work with.

Our rental is in Long Beach whereas Dan is in San Diego. With his one specialist crew, they were able to remove the defective liner, clean and re-glaze the existing tub, and even put a new updated surround in at no cost to us. This is practically unheard of anymore. That a company would fully guarantee a faulty project that they had not been responsible for. I wish we could give Cal Bath more than 5 stars! they certain deserve it

Very professional, Roger came out and took the measurement in the bathroom as well as gave us the price for the shower tub and the vanity. I like the communication and the idea of how this bathroom is going to get fix. Also, Robert did a fantastic job of installing the tub and and the vanity. Very professional and also gave advice on how to properly clean the shower tub and the glass door. I am very grateful and I recommend CALbath for those people who need to renovate their bathroom.

We just had the best customer service from the CALbath install team of David Ramirez and Art Chavez! They were on time, friendly and in these COVID times were super safe wearing masks the whole time. They also did a wonderful job installing our new shower - plumbing, drywall work and all! Thanks David and Art - you are awesome! Had two 30+ year-old fiberglass showers we wanted to replace, and after seeing the quality of work CalBath had done on three others showers for family members we felt confident working with them. So glad we did! Starting off, Darrell did a great job walking us through the available options and what would work in our two small bathrooms. CalBath has many materials and finishes to choose from, and we went with a subway-tile-looking acrylic for the ease of cleaning and maintenance.

We were also excited to get a deeper bathtub, taller shower doors, and double compartment wall niches. When it came time for installation, David did an outstanding job and was excellent with communicating what he would be working on each day and giving updates along the way. When you're making changes to your home, it's always reassuring to see what is being done and that it's being done well.

The professionalism and quality of work that both David and Robert (who finished our second shower once the custom doors were ready) showed is a big part of why I highly recommend this company to others. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the work space was left each day. Overall, we were able to get the look we wanted, with quality materials, for a reasonable price, and the team at CalBath made it all a great experience.

I recently added a review in which I gave one star as the salesperson failed to properly get the order correctly. I am adding this FIVE STAR REVIEW review as Dan the owner stepped up to the plate and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Today we had the glass doors replaced with new ones that contain the water repellant solution that was missed by the salesperson on the original order. Dan has been very professional and great to work with during this process.

Had a bathtub in bathroom off secondary room that I needed to convert to shower, but keeping the tub. After looking around and weighing my options I decided to go with CALbath. Darrell came out to review the project, offer solutions, and give me the estimate. Great guy, knows his stuff and no hard sell. Pricing was competitive if not better than the alternatives and I decided to pull the trigger.

Work was scheduled and installer/ technician David arrived on time, super courteous, and got right to work. I can not over emphasize how much of a pleasure it was to have David in my home doing the work. The guy is very talented, detail oriented, and committed to making sure the job is done perfectly. He managed through some plumbing challenges with ease that my old home threw at him.

Even though he wore boot covers, he also covered the flooring where he would walk in and out of the house, and put plastic coverings over everything that was in close proximity to where he was working. Work turned out better than I expected and my bath is now a shower/bath with what looks like subway tile around the shower but is actually acrylic. And. aside from the beautiful work, you wouldn't even know he had been here. completely cleaned the place up to look just like it was before he started. Highly recommend.

Cal Bath did our master bath over 15 years ago and our front somewhere after that. Was quoted for a full remodel on the MB and it was alot more than we budgeted for, so we had to change some things. We asked for a new shower door, old door blew up, and some shelves in the existing shower. Was told they will not just do a new door and shelves. Apparently it is to small a job for them.

So I am off to find new shower doors from a company that will take my money. Thanks Cal Bath for treating return customers so well. Sorry I can't spend 16K but I will spend my money elsewhere.

CalBath did a great job removing an original one-piece tub stall and old plumbing, and replacing it with a new three-piece tub and fixtures. This is the only bathroom in a unit that had a malfunctioning shower mixing valve, so it was an urgent situation. CalBath was able to schedule and complete the renovation in less than two weeks. Their prices were very competitive, the workmanship and the final product were great, and the service was very professional.

From estimate to completion, the process was smooth, low pressure, and with great communication throughout. I would highly recommend CalBath to anyone looking to renovate their aging bathroom.

Unfortunately, CALbath was unable to assist with the very specific job I needed completed. HOWEVER, Laurie was absolutely amazing in going above and beyond to assist me - even after knowing I would not be a patron. She provided me wonderful answers to my questions and could tell she really cared about my situation. While I cannot attest to CALbath's work at present, I can certainly attest to their stellar service! Color me impressed!

Our third bath remodel/update with Calbath. Totally satisfied! Darrell listens and works with us to get what we want, need and can afford. Technicians are competent and thorough. Total cleanup after. No problems or worry even in pandemic times.

CalBath installed a Corastone shower enclosure for me and it's absolutely beautiful. I've previously had tile shower enclosures but hated cleaning grout. I've also had fiberglass enclosures which were easy to clean but didn't look good. The low-profile Corastone shower base makes the bathroom look bigger and provides easy access. CalBath installers and sales professionals kept me informed each step of the way.

Once they scheduled the install, the installers arrived on time (a few minutes early) and completed the job in two days. The workmanship is excellent. They also covered the adjoining bedroom in plastic and rolled out plastic sheets from the entrance to the bathroom. They cleaned up the jobsite at the end of the day. My shower has been installed for 7 months and it still looks brand new. I highly recommend the Corastone product. It's durable, easy to clean, and looks amazing. THANK YOU CALBATH!

After having the worst experiences with other home reno companies that 1) were difficult to get a hold of and 2) had horrible customer service, we were relieved to stumble upon CALBath. The staff are incredibly professional, responsive, and care about their customers. We worked with Steve, and he helped us get exactly what we wanted. My new shower/bath installation looks great. Darryl, the salesperson, showed me some different options and made sure to help me pick what was affordable for me. David, who was the installer for my job, was amazing. He was able to explain everything during the process and I trusted him completely with the bathroom. He was very pleasant to work with, friendly, punctual, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

He wore booties to keep my floors clean and wore a mask to keep the covid rules. He even hauled my tub up a flight of stairs by himself and cleaned everything up when he was done. If all of the installers are like David, I hope Santa gives them a good xmas bonus. So happy to have my bathroom done before the holidays. I believe I got a great deal and I'm happy about the warranty and whole process. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Luis did a great job on my tub to shower conversion. I'm so happy with it. I have 2 other tubs in my house so I didn't need this one. No more ugly blue tile. He help bring my bathroom into modern times. I love the brushed nickel look too that matched my existing sink faucet set. Thanks CalBath!

I had the best experience with this company. From the very beginning of the process. Darryl started it off by coming out and giving us a quote. He was quick, responsive and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. We then went to the showroom and picked out all the finishes for our bathroom. He was flexible and did everything possible to make sure our shower was how we wanted it.

The company scheduled the work to start and we got Luis and David as our installers. I can not say enough about them. They were on time, clean, careful with there work and our condo. The work they did was quick our entire bathroom was done in less than a week. You can tell they really cared about the work they did and wanted us to love the way it turned out.

Would highly recommend these guys! Jesus came and finished off the job with painting and did an outstanding job! Thanks to these guys for all the hard work! We still need to do some decorating but the before and after pictures speak for themselves!

I just had a 46 year old fiberglass shower tub combo refinished by CALbath. their team was incredible. From my first meeting with Roger who gave me the price then Brian came and did the refinishing and made it look like new and then David came and installed a new sliding glass doors. Looks like a million bucks for a whole lot less.

We are very happy with our new bathrooms from Calbath. Darrell came out to the house to review what we wanted done, we went to Calbath's facility near John Wayne to select finishes, and we got a quote by email shortly after. Lots of options available from the manufacturers they carry, happy with what we picked. Colin and Robert were awesome during the install.

I didn't have to worry about anything. They brought plenty of drop cloths so nothing existing was damaged. Workmanship on the project was excellent. Scheduling was great and we knew what to expect. Will definitely recommend.

We have an amazing renovation experience with CALBath here in San Diego when they remodeled our master bath. All of the staff were very professional and their follow through on the budgeting, scheduling and actual construction was right on point. Our bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous. CALbath did everything we planned and wanted. Lori Pawlack really helped us in planning and selection of cabinets, plumbing, floor and wall tiles and panels. The technicians, Izrael and Jonatan, were perfectly knowledgeable of every aspect of the job, they were super friendly, quick and efficient. The scheduling could have been a bit better, considering, that we planned the work about five months ahead.

After a quick start, we had a couple weeks, when nothing was going on, so the whole project lasted about seven weeks. That is why only four stars. Otherwise it was a great job.

They did a fantastic job, exactly as they said. They were ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves and did the entire job (two bathrooms) unsupervised by me as I live in another county. They also had a better selection of surface options than other companies I was considering. Would definitely use them again.

We had a very positive experience with CALbath. Their representative Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased doors for our shower and for a bathtub. They were both installed in one day. We would definitely use CALbath again.
