This is the 2nd time we ordered through them. First was for a bathroom remodel 11 years ago and were very happy. The kitchen cabinets had to be babysat every step of the way. After going through the initial estimate and the changes made, it was downhill from there. They came out to measure, but the measurements were off by several inches causing us to rearrange the cabinets during the install to make them fit. The, one of many, revised quotes had the wrong name, address and phone number, which took several phone calls and visits before Jodi finally corrected it. She had the wrong size cabinet over the stove and ordered the wrong type of wood. Should have been Maple, but she ordered Birch. Would NOT recommend.

The design was very good, took them awhile longer then I'd hope. The finished product was very well done, but now the customer service post remodel is terrible. Very disappointed.

Our new bathroom is a joy! From the first introduction in the store to the day of completion, we found everyone to be both professional and personable. The quality of work from estimate to design to workmanship was exceptional. This is a business that operates with integrity and excellence. I waited a couple months to write this review to see if I still feel the same after the first blush of something new is gone. Honestly, I still get that "WOW " moment when I walk into the bathroom. We highly recommend them!

Karen at the Bath and Kitchen showroom was an absolute dream to work with. Time and time again she went over and above what was required of her, making my kitchen and bath remodel a seamless project. To complicate things, I live out of state and was remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen, and they were complete gut-jobs. She was calm, professional and helpful every step of the way, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable. She has a great sense of style and helped me choose countertops my husband and I love! I can't recommend her enough. She will make your very stressful renovation a 'walk in the park.'

Dale was a nice guy until my charge card was billed $90 for an estimate of which I got nothing in return. It was apparent at our second meeting that Dale didn't like questions about the work they were going to do. Maybe he doesn't like questions from a women? I would never deal with them if they can't have a pleasant conversation now what comes later! Unbelievably bad attitude!

Helpful until they cashed the check. Spent a considerable amount of money on bathroom vanity and countertop and then wouldn't work with me about a $200.00 faucet. Will not be returning to them when our master bathroom gets updated.
