Services
We provide bathroom remodeling with a clearly defined scope, detailed estimate, and planned timeline. During the consultation, we measure the room and evaluate what the plumbing and framing can accommodate. Design selections are completed before demolition, while permits are handled when required. Construction then proceeds through demolition, repairs, waterproofing, finishes, and a final review. 
Our custom shower work includes both the structural waterproofing and the finished design details. We construct sloped shower pans, bond Schluter-KERDI membranes, seal seams, and bond drain flanges before conducting a full 24-hour flood test. We then install selected tile by hand and complete the project with professionally measured frameless glass or other custom shower configurations. 
We build both low-curb and curbless walk-in showers according to the conditions of each room. A low-curb option can use a three- to five-inch tiled curb with frameless glass, while a curbless design provides a flush entry. During the walkthrough, we explain both approaches and price the alternatives according to the actual project requirements. 
We approach every tile and stone project with careful planning before mortar is mixed. Rooms are measured, substrate conditions are reviewed, and the selected pattern is dry-laid to establish the starting line. Once preparation is complete, we set each tile in full mortar with leveling clips, maintain movement joints, and seal natural stone to its absorption rate. 
We install hardwood, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl plank flooring with careful attention to the conditions beneath every floor. Before installation, we moisture-test the slab and record the reading to determine the appropriate materials and installation system. Our process includes proper acclimation, documented humidity, expansion gaps, and manufacturer-approved methods for lasting performance. 
Before tile or other flooring is installed, we prepare the underlying assembly for lasting performance. Subfloors are repaired, flattened, and isolated as needed, while wet areas receive continuous bonded waterproofing with carefully sealed corners, seams, and penetrations. Shower pans undergo a 24-hour flood test, and slab moisture testing is performed when appropriate.

Abel and his brothers are top notch installers. I have been in the industry for 20 years and know great installers when I see them.
